Recipe for 4 people
– 500 gr. of chicken blood
– 3 onions
– 1 chilli pepper (optional) – 1 head of garlic
– 1/2 liter of meat broth
– Olive oil – Salt
Fry the pieces of blood cut in 3 cm squares in a little oil. approximately and we reserve. Sauté a head of garlic and reserve. Finely chop the onion and sauté. Once golden onion adds 1/2 liter of meat broth. Season and add
the blood, the head of garlic, a chili pepper (optional) and a touch of oregano. Cook over low heat until the blood is at its point (spongy).
