Broth rice with rabbit and snails ( Arroz caldoso con conejo y caracoles )

Recipes for 4 peoples

Ingredients
· 1 chopped rabbit
· 200 gr. of snails
Pre-cooked
· 4 artichokes
· 200 gr. of garrafón
· 200 gr. of green beans
· 3 garlic cloves
· 1 tomato
· 300 gr. of rice
· 1.5 liters of broth

· Olive oil · Salt
· Saffron
· Peppers

Preparation
In a casserole, sauté with olive oil and a little salt, the pieces of rabbit.
Add all the vegetables, sauté and season. We give a few laps, incorporate the snails very clean and precooked. Add the grated natural tomato, a pinch of paprika, cut garlic, beef broth and saffron. Let boil 10 minutes, check for salt, add the rice and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, until the rice is at its point and with excess broth.
