Recipes for 4 portions
· 4 eggs
· 1 liter of milk
· 2 tablespoons of instant coffee dessert
· 100 ml (small cup of condensed milk)
· 2 oranges
· 4 spoons of sugar
Beat the eggs and mix the instant coffee and the condensed milk with the milk.
Caramelize the molds and place the oranges in thin slices. Fill the molds with the liquid mixture, put it in the oven in a water bath for 30 minutes at 180o C.
We present with a background of orange marmalade and very thin orange bark threads.
