Monkfish with garlic and pepper ( Rape con ajo y pimiento )

Recipes for 4 peoples

Ingredients
· 800 gr. of monkfish tail ·
1 head of garlic
· 2 potatoes
· 1.5 liters of broth
fish
· 1 bay leaf
· 75 gr. of salted almonds with skin
· Sweet paprika · Olive oil
· Salt

Preparation
In a cauldron, sauté unrooted garlic with olive oil and reserve. Sauté the potato in pieces, the monkfish until golden and a pinch of sweet paprika.
Heat the fish stock and add the chopped almonds with skin and reserved garlic, bay leaf, potatoes and pieces of monkfish, leaving to boil for 15 minutes.
