Pea Coke

Coca de guisantes

Recipe for 4 people

– 400 gr. of wheat flour
– 200 gr. of tuna in
– 400 gr. of peas
– 2 tablespoons of oil
made of olives
– 1 hard-boiled egg – 2 onions
– Yeast
– Salt

Knead the flour, yeast, salt and two tablespoons of cold oil. Let rest 30 minutes. Flatten and distribute the dough in a greased baking dish. Sauté the finely chopped onion, add the peas and salted tuna,
(previously desalted for 5 hours) and the shredded egg. Fill the coca with all the sofrito and bake at 200 o C until golden.
