Pumpkin and chocolate cake ( Tarta de calabaza y chocolate )

Recipes for 4 portions

Ingredients
· 1 kg of pumpkin pulp, roasted or boiled and crushed
· 250 gr. pure chocolate or chopped to the consumer’s taste
· 250 gr. of sugar
· 250 gr. of liquid cream ·
2 tablespoons of Maizena
· 6 eggs
· Frozen broken dough

Preparation
Beat the eggs, add the sugar, the liquid cream and the pulp of the roasted or boiled and crushed pumpkin. Place the dough in a mold and deposit the previous mixture.
Add the thick enough chocolate so that it does not settle to the bottom and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 160o C.
