Recipes for 4 peoples
· 200 gr. of cod · 300 gr. of cauliflower · 3 young garlic
· 1 tomato
· 300 gr. of rice
· 1.5 liters of broth
· Olive oil · Paprika
Desalinate the cod for 5 hours changing the water several times.
In a casserole sauté olive oil with the garlic and the cauliflower in small bunches until golden brown. Add the grated natural tomato and a pinch of paprika.
Add the already fried cod, the rice, fish stock, saffron, control of salt and let cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, until the rice is at its point and dry.
