Rice with spinach and anchovies ( Arroz con espinacas y boquerones )

Recipes for 4 peoples

Ingredients
· 400 gr. of anchovies ·
250 gr. of spinach
· 2 tomatoes
· 1.5 liters of broth
fish
· 300 gr. of rice
· Olive oil
· Saffron
· Salt
· Sweet paprika · Garlic
· Parsley

Preparation
Clean and desspinar the anchovies, salt, and reserve. In a paella pan, sauté with olive oil, grated natural tomato, chopped garlic and parsley, a pinch of sweet paprika and spinach. Add the rice, sauté, add the fish broth or falling water,
Recipe for 4 people
Saffron, season, and cook over medium heat for ten minutes.
To contribute the anchovies on top of the rice and to maintain the cooking until the point of the rice and that it is sweet.
