Recipe for 4 people
We clean and chop the chard. We finely chop the onion and sauté it with the tender garlic and a little salt. Add a sauce
teaspoon of spicy paprika, a glass of water, chard, prawns and season. Simmer and serve.
– 200 gr. of river prawn – 200 gr. chard
– 1 tender onion
– 4 young garlic
– 1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
– Olive oil – Water (250 ml) – Salt
